She listens to me and understands exactly what I want.She knows the latest techniques. I cannot fault her. I am a single parent and I quite often have to bring my 5 year old daughter with me. Not once has this been an issue. Brilliant salon.  Useful

Kelly always makes a very good effort in helping me choose what style and colours to have and always knows the latest styles and colours currently in trend whilst taking into account what styles could suit your face shape, skin tone and eye colour etc. Whilst in the salon, I feel comfortable, the salon is very modern and clean and I feel everyone at innovation make sure their clients are main priority and well looked after. Also whilst caring for what treatments Kelly is doing on the day, she always gives good advice as to how to maintain good hair at home, and advising good products  Useful
